Holy Redeemer Janitorial/School Supplies

We are going to try something new this year to try and offset our everyday running costs.  We believe this will be a win win situation for both the parents and school.  Some High Schools have put this program into practice and it has been very successful for them.   We are asking parents to purchase janitorial and/or school supplies for service hours.  For every $25 spent you get 1 service hour; just bring in your receipt. So the next time you are at Smart & Final, Costco or the Grocery Store we would love for you to pick up something for the school.  Just add us to your shopping list.  Below is a list of much needed cleaning and faculty room supplies.  These supplies are needed continuously throughout the entire school year, so just keep them coming. We feel this is a perfect solution for those parents who find it difficult to get their service hours completed during school hours.  Hopefully families who do get their hours in, will still consider picking up an item or two once in awhile.

  • Latex Glove   size (M)
  • Large and small sponges
  • Cloth rags       (Costco & Smart & Final – terry cloth)
  • 13 gallon trash bags  (we use these the most- daily)
  • 40 gallon trash bags  (occasionally)
  • 409 Spray
  • Lysol Spray
  • Fabuloso Cleaning Liquid
  • Paper plates and napkins  (dinner and dessert sizes)
  • Plastic knives, spoons and forks
  • Styrofoam coffee cups
  • Drinking cups    (small and medium sizes)
  • Paper towels
  • Ziploc bags   (gallon and quart sizes)
